A cyclist was threatened and assaulted by a motorist in Longsight.
At about 6.25pm on Wednesday 26 January 2011, the 33-year-old man was cycling along St John?s Road when a man in a black BMW got out of the car and grabbed him by the throat while shouting abuse at him.
The man then got back into the BMW, which was either a three or five series, and drove off.
This document/photograph is being released to you for the purposes of reporting this particular case/incident and you should then destroy it.
